My role: Creative project team member - Subtitling - Launch Strategy
In early 2021 ONE launched the new animated video series “Pandemica” that explores the world of pandemic purgatory that we’ll all be living in if global COVID-19 vaccine access is not prioritized. Because if the vaccine isn't everywhere, this pandemic isn't going anywhere.
Pandemica is voiced by celebrities such as Kumail Nanjiani, Nick Kroll, Bono, Connie Britton, David Oyelowo, Penelope Cruz, Alan Cumming,Phoebe Robinson, and Meg Donnelly.
The results? Our series was viewed over 15 million times and resulted in over 300,000 click throughs to our petition for vaccine equity.
Pandemica is illustrated by artist Andrew Rae with animation by Titmouse and music & sound design by father, and created and produced in partnership with hive.
